Atria's memory care unit is excellent. The staff is patient, kind and very experienced. The facility is impressive as well. It is always fresh and clean. The meals are prepared fresh each day and are delicious. Amanda, who supervises the memory care wing, is one of the most gracious people I have ever met.

The assisted living side seemed great. However, once my loved one transitioned to memory care they did not treat her with respect. I personally witnessed them yelling at other residents; my loved one seemed afraid of the workers. She was not provided any dignity following her passing. I wish we had taken her out of there and moved to another place.

My loved one has been living at Atria for the past year, and we’ve had nothing but positive experiences! The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, and the variety of activities offered keeps residents engaged and active. Since moving in, my loved one has made many friends and truly feels part of the community. After touring several facilities, Atria stood out as the best choice—and we’re so grateful to have found it.

Atria Park of St Josephs is a good place for seniors. Our Uncle's health and outlook have improved since he moved in. The staff is very caring, from the director, community sales leader, nurses, front door greeters, cleaning, dining room, activities and maintenance staff. The facility is very clean, has lots of activities, and a very calming environment. There is a beautiful courtyard for residents to enjoy. Physical therapy, a hair salon, manicures and exercise equipment are available on site too, We are very happy our loved one is a resident,

This is a superb Assisted Living Facility! The administrative staff is headed up by a veteran Atria Executive Director who is always available to family members via phone calls, email, or just dropping in. His door is always open! He has put in a cohesive staff that works extremely well together. His Resident Services Director (formerly “Wellness”) and her assistant are the best Atria has had in many years. The wellness director is 100% committed to all the residents and their family members. She can solve a myriad of problems, communicating with family members and medical personnel when necessary. When she or the executive director are in the lobby or a corridor talking to a resident or family member, they always acknowledge other family members who are passing by. The business development director is just as welcoming and has an open door to all residents and family members. On site is a fabulous physical therapy clinic staffed by very competent professionals who never give up on patients. Atria opened up a little used area across from the clinic to serve as an exercise room. And, the PT clinic oversees chair exercise classes twice/day. There is a hairdresser with a salon on the first floor who also does manicures and pedicures. She is devoted to all her clients as if they were family members! The food is excellent at Atria. Our loved one always raves about breakfast, lunch, and dinner and how good the coffee is! I would choose Atria in a heartbeat over other newer facilities. From reception to maintenance staff, your loved one will be happy at Atria!
