This community is absolutely beautiful. It is always clean and smells amazing. Anytime you visit you will find residents engaging in a wonderful activity. I have had several meals here as well which are always phenomenal! Not to mention, the team is so friendly and inviting!

My mom was in here for a little under 2 years and we just recently had to move her to a nursing home. Erica and the entire staff was always so wonderful to my mom. Mom really enjoyed and loved the staff. She made friends with some of the residents. I highly recommend anyone looking for assisted living for a loved one to go here. Thank you Erica and the entire staff.

The best place for my mother, hands down! It’s a long, emotional process sustaining an aging parent’s independence. My mom has dementia. We helped her daily through a grief-filled year, staying in her own home after my father passed, then transitioned her to a local ‘Independent Living’ community for another year before we had to make the hard decision to move her into ‘Assisted Living’. I had done some research in advance and received great feedback about “Peregrine Senior Living” here in Salisbury. I arranged a tour with their Executive Director, Erica. Having been a business owner who loved my patrons, staff, and work, I immediately recognized her passion and compassion, and felt comfortable. My mother was welcomed into their ‘family’ days later and acclimated surprisingly fast. Within a couple months, we were noticing her health improving. The medical attention: the right vitamins to target her deficiencies, nutritious food, proper sleep, and intimate care and social setting – it was what she needed to start finding peace. It was only a few months later, for safety reasons, that it was recommended she transition to ‘Memory Care’. This was a dreaded reality our family did not want to face. Mom had never been supervised or limited to interior walls; she was a walker and traveler, most of the day, every day. As her daughter and primary caretaker, I was guilt-ridden, expecting this change would speed up her mental decline. Wow am I ever surprised! No one knows my mom better than I, but what we, family, tend to forget is these people are professionals. They see the medical and behavioral changes from a lens without bias. My mother is doing crafts for the first time ever. My mother isn’t crying and agonizing when I’m not with her. She greets me with a happy smile whenever I arrive to pick her up. She needs this intimate setting now, and Erica knew it, even as I pushed back in opposition. I give Peregrine Senior Living in Salisbury an easy 5-star review because they deserve it. Every single administrator, medical staff, office staff, cleaning staff, cooking and wait staff, activities staff, maintenance, and front desk staff does their job well, and with a smile. They really are a family!

Just a lovely establishment. I came in to tour and had a wonderful time meeting with the staff and residents. Everyone seems very hard-working and helpful, and the residents all seem to enjoy it there. My mom will definitely be moving here when the time comes!
