Atrium At Mcloughlin Place The

My mother was a resident and passed away on 11/1/2024. Since that time, I have been leaving messages asking about a refund for the November 2024 payment. I left messages for both Hannah and Mr. Nix on 11/20, 12/2, 12/13, 12/17/2024. I've also sent email. I've gotten NO responses by phone nor by email. I realize that it takes time to process these things but a courtesy call giving an approximate timeline is simply good business. I will be consulting my attorney to confirm next steps.

I have been trying to get a refund for my aunt who passed away a month ago and I have been getting nowhere. Hanna keeps saying she needs to get a hold of corporate but to this day I don’t know if that has been done. Apparently, corporate is Lifestyles but their phone number is no longer in service. Unfortunately McLoughlin Place is giving me no other option but to consult my attorney Edit: I did receive the money that was owed to my aunt. I just wish the correspondence would have been better.

When I first arrived at McLoughlin Place I was broken in body and spirit. The staff welcomed me with open hearts and arms. I feel cared for and loved every day. I have come to expect the highest of care and I get it every day. I enjoy the on going daily activities and the delicious and diverse menu. I am truly home.

My aunt has been in McLoughlin Place since 3/22. We couldn't be happier. She is finally in an enviornment where she is cared for and appreciated. She has many friends, both residents and employees alike. I have personally had a few struggles and the staff was very kind and understanding. Through it all, they have worked with me and been nothing short of amazing.

My mother has been here since September of 2018. This is honestly the best place I could ever imagine. I expected issues to come up at some point, because they would anywhere and you just work them through. We have experienced nothing but exemplary assistance from the staff and management. They check on her every night , in the middle of the night. They are so personable with her. They regularly keep me aprised of any issues. Each staff member is nicer than the last. I have yet to meet someone that I feel is less than professional. The activities are wonderful. My mother keeps herself so busy. Best of all she is healthier than she was when she arrived in September because she is so happy. I truly love and appreciate this place so much.
