I recently brought my family member to tour the facility, I was so impressed with the staff & all they have to offer! I will be moving my family member in next week. We are all excited & feel so reassured that our family member will be well taken care of. I would highly recommend Atrium Village by Cogir Senior Living to anyone looking for a safe place to help take care of your family member!!! I got the chance to sit down & talk with the Executive Director, Ms. Chervontah Thomas, I was so impressed with her professionalism & how much she genuinely cares about the residents which makes me feel confident that my family member will be well taken care of.

My aunt moved into Atrium Village approximately 8 months ago. I was extremely concerned about the care she was receiving until Ms Thomas joined your team. She is friendly, caring, and compassionate. Ms Thomas is an asset to the Atrium community

They are deleting negative comments so here’s another one! Atrium is the worse, they treat staff and residents POORLY! I wouldn’t dare send my parents there. Even under new management, they are STILL not doing good enough. I plan on calling the state because something is not right here and they are breaking many violations that would have this place SHUTDOWN

Avoid Atrium Living in Owings Mills, MD at All Costs If I could give a -5 star rating I would. I'm writing this review as a warning to others after my father's horrific 1-year stay at Atrium Living in Owings Mills, MD. Despite some exceptional caregivers and a dedicated nurse, the overall experience was marred by subpar care, neglect, and appalling management. There were several caregivers who showed compassion, kindness, and dedication to their work. They went above and beyond to care for my father, and I am grateful for their efforts. Additionally, I want to acknowledge the nurse who found my father lying on the bathroom floor, neglected for hours. His prompt action and concern for his well-being were a stark contrast to the facility's overall lack of care. Unfortunately, these individuals' efforts were undermined by the facility's systemic failures. The director, Patty, was cold-hearted, untruthful, and unprofessional. She only reached out to me when there was a price increase, and was otherwise unreachable. When I finally spoke with her about my concerns, she lied about being present in the facility daily, walking the floors, and ensuring quality care. The facility itself was in disarray. During my final visit, only one elevator was working, leaving residents and staff waiting for extended periods. The front desk was frequently unattended, with the entry door open to the public. I even tested my father's panic button, which went unanswered. The lack of attention to detail was staggering. Trash bags were scarce, and the large trash container on the floor often sat full and unemptied for hours. I would strongly advise against placing your loved one in Atrium Living. While there are some dedicated caregivers and nurses, the facility's management and systemic failures create an environment that is neglectful and unacceptable. Please, do not make the same mistake I did. Look elsewhere for quality care and compassionate management.

Recently moved my mom into Atrium Village and she loves it! The staff is compassionate and attentive, and the community is well-maintained. My mom participates in many of the activities and she seems to be settling in comfortably. My sister and I are grateful for the positive impact the staff and her new friends have had on her well-being. Highly recommend!
