AUBERGE AT BROOKFIELD A MEMORY CARE COMM (THE)

Very beautiful facility. Everyone there from staff to residents looked so engaged and busy. Very happy place! Definitely would recommend 10/10 and yes my family member will be here as soon as we finalize things! Thank you all.

The best way to describe Auberge is warmth. It’s nice to walk into a community and feel like you are walking into a warm hug. The receptionist greets you with a smile and pleasant conversation. Residents clearly run the show and that’s how it’s supposed to be. The community smells amazing. Take a tour don’t just off of my word, you won’t regret it I assure you!

Had an opportunity to tour the community recently and I was impressed by the warmth of the staff! The residents seemed genuinely engaged and happy. My family is still considering their options but it is definitely top of my list.

What is going on with Evergreen Management at Auberge of Brookfield? First the ED leaves and no direction from Evergreen, then a death and heavy police presence and now the new ED who vapes at work? Vaping is not even legal or sold in Wisconsin and we were told this is a non smoking community for our mother. Evergreen, please do better and let us know what is really going on as we are trusting our loved ones in your community which has clearly went down hill since the change in management groups. Very disappointing on every level. See pictures in which were taken today all with entertainment going on!
