My Aunt and Mom are both at Auburn Heights. It has been so great to have them there. Johanna the manager is excellent and the staff are very caring from what I've seen. I consider our family very fortunate to have found this place. Highly recommended.

The staff at Auburn Heights have been outstanding in providing care for our loved one! The smaller facility allows for more one on one interaction, which has been very important in giving personalized care. We have open lines of communication with the staff, and have appreciated the frequency calls and texts to keep us updated! Additionally their frequent events and activities help keep our love one engaged and active. We love the staff and care at Auburn Heights!

My loved one enjoys living at Auburn Heights. The welcoming staff provide a safe, caring, and home- like environment. They seem to genuinely care about the residents. The facility is clean, and the meals are made on site. The communication about changes in my loved ones status is good and very appreciated by our family.

We’ve only had our family member at Auburn Heights for this past month but with the love and constant attention, great care, the staff has been wonderful, it has been such a relief knowing she not only is cared for good but they love on her also. I highly recommend Auburn Heights if you want your loved one watched over and become part of the Auburn Heights family because that’s how welcomed you’ll feel! Our aunt was really struggling at the facility she had been at. Just in a short time being at Auburn Heights we noticed a big change in her. She’s happy, gaining weight and showing interest in life once again. The family atmosphere plus the attention she gets from the staff at Auburn Heights I think made the difference. We have been very pleased with the care she has received. Johanna the administrator at Auburn Heights made the move from the old facility seamless. The staff goes out of their way to make even the smallest request happen.
