Heather and the staff are amazing. The love and support they show for the residents is beyond compare. We couldn't ask for a better place for our brother to live.

My mother lived at August Haus for three years before she passed in April. The management and staff are professional, kind, caring, and always concerned about providing the best care possible for both the residents and families of the residents. Especially noteworthy is the respect they show the residents. They treat the residents in a way that our elders should be treated. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed immediately and always to my satisfaction. I felt confident that my mother was getting the best care possible at August Haus, which gave me peace of mind and allowed me to enjoy my time with my mother. I felt like the management, staff, and other residents were all part of our family. I would highly recommend August Haus to anyone looking for a place to care for their loved ones.

We have had a very positive experience with August Haus! Starting with the administrator; Heather. She is a positive, helpful, caring leader who helped make a smooth transition for mom almost three years ago. Her kindness was exceptional. I can not say enough good things about the entire staff, who have gone above and beyond. All are caring, loving, cheerful, positive, and giving. They take time to talk, engage, and help with mom's needs. Some even joke and tease her, which brings a big smile on her face. I appreciate the timely updates and communication. A big thanks to the entire staff for their selflessness. August Haus is a warm, inviting home away from home. We highly recommend August Haus!

Very friendly staff, they always have a positive attitude. They have great activity’s for all the residents to participate in. Heather, Miranda and Danilin always go above and beyond for all the residents and staff.
