Autumn Care of Altavista

My uncle was a patient at Autumn Care from Nov of last year until Feb 19th of this yr he passed. The staff was so patient and caring with my uncle who suffered a stroke and was bed ridden. I'm very thankful in his final days he had people genuinely caring for him..building was always clean his room stayed clean never came in to him soiled or looking as if he had not been bathed. I would highly recommend.

Autum Care is a wonderful place, I couldn’t be happier with the care they provide my Mother. It is truly a caring and welcoming senior facility. Autum Care is clean, professional and well run. It gives me great peace of mind knowing my Mother is in such good hands. I would highly recommend Autum Care to anyone looking for a place for their loved one.

Wonderful Welcome and smooth transition to new atmosphere. Admissions Director was point on every step of the way. Shout out to Cleaning service also. They keep it fresh and clean!

The facility is welcoming, bright and clean. The staff has and continues to make my mother’s transition from our home to “her new home” at the facility very smooth. We are so very thankful she is getting the care and attention she needs around the clock. We will continue to recommend Autumn Care for anyone needing assisted living for their loved one.

I was able to visit Autumn Care of Altavista for a tour of the facility. I felt very welcome and would like to applaud them for their cleanliness, and the pride they take in their care. While I was in the lobby I noticed they have received a National Quality Award and have their state survey results out for anyone to view!! The residents and staff there seemed very happy. Great job team! What a blessing in the community. Thank you Felicia for a fantastic visit and tour.
