Autumn Glen

Our mother, Janice, lived at Autumn Glen in Greencastle, IN from April 2025 until she passed away this past weekend. She was so happy at Autumn Glen. From the administration to the aides, every single person cared for her and loved her—and she loved them back. She often said they were part of her family. The level of care she received was outstanding. The staff treated her with the utmost respect and genuine compassion. Her apartment was wonderful, and she truly felt at home. One of the things that always stood out to me was the interaction between the staff and the residents. It was always kind, warm, and attentive. I visited often, spending a lot of time there, and I never once saw any resident disrespected or ignored. Autumn Glen is more than a facility—it’s a family that takes care of each other. I am so grateful my mother was surrounded by such love and care in her final months. The Chaney & McClure Family

Autumn Glen has been a great place for Mom. The staff is friendly and caring. The facility is very clean. And Mom likes a smaller place where she feels comfortable. We are very happy Mom is safe and well cared for at Autumn Glen!

My mother is residing at Autumn Glen and I couldn’t be happier. The entire staff looks after her and makes sure she is doing well. It was tough moving her in there, but has worked out wonderfully.

Our Dad has lived at Autumn Glen for over 3 years now and has loved it. We have been so happy as a family with his care. Facilities are clean and well maintained. Staff is always helpful and attentive. We could ask for a better place for him to live.

My Mother has been so happy at Autumn Glen. All the Nurses, Aides, Office, Maintenance, and Kitchen staff are so nice and helpful and make my Mom feel loved. It was tough making the move but once she got in there all she says is she feels like she is home.
