Autumn Grove at Champions is the ABSOLUTE BEST!! When looking for a community for my mom, my family did an extensive search. None compared to Autumn Grove. I trust my mom’s health, safety, and well-being to Leah, Ana, and all the other wonderful caregivers at Autumn Grove Champions, who now feel like family. Having a loved one with dementia is so very difficult, but these wonderful people help ease that pain. I truly cannot say enough positive comments...five stars all the way!

There are not enough words to express how grateful we are to have found Autumn Grove Cottage Champions. Deciding to move mom, was one of the most difficult decisions, ever. However, Leah and the entire staff, have made the transition much easier. Care, concern, comfort, compassion . . . just a few words to describe Autumn Grove. As a retired nurse I had many expectations to be fulfilled when choosing a place for my dear husband. The administration and staff have fulfilled every one and more. Cleanliness, personal care, activity, staff ratio to residents, involvement with family, even location are all factors I appreciate so much. Even during this pandemic which has stretched the staff with more work responsibility, our family is blessed to be able to know my husband is safe and secure. Their record of no positives in staff or residents is truly praiseworthy. DF

My family is so deeply appreciative of the care our mother has received from the dedicated staff of Autumn Grove Cottage at Champions! They are attentive, compassionate, and hard-working, and always seem to keep smiles on their faces through the most difficult of circumstances. Our mother has always been treated with the upmost respect and dignity - from the maintenance crew getting her room painted a cheery yellow before she even moved in, to the caregivers turning on her classical music everyday while she takes her afternoon naps. Although our mother may not be able to fully communicate, there is no doubt in my mind that she recognizes the professional, loving care that she receives daily! Thank you, Autumn Grove!

Autumn Grove in Champions is an amazing place. The hardest decision I have ever made was to place my mother in a facility. It turns out to also be the best decision I have ever made. The staff at this location is skilled at dealing with memory care patients in a way that is far superior to what I could provide in my home. They know how to stimulate the minds of the patients and help them remain engaged in life. The setting is peaceful, joyful, and intimate. The food is great, the place always seems cheery and smells good. My mom is absolutely thriving in this facility. She is awake most of the day and engaged in the activities that are provided for the residents. I will be eternally grateful to the staff for the outstanding care they have provided.
