AUTUMN GROVE COPPERFIELD

My grandmother has been at Autumn Grove Cottage for the past 2.5 years. Since new management took over about a year ago, we have been so pleased!! There has been a night and day difference in the level of attention given to each patient and the warmth that all the caregivers show to our loved one. My grandmother recently had surgery, and with the COVID-19 pandemic, we were unable to be in the facility to care for her like we wanted due to current state & health department rules. However, the directors, Andrea and Megan, have gone out of their way to make sure my grandmother had adequate care, implementing all the precautions the surgical team gave us, while still caring for all the other residents. The communication is very good, and anytime we have a question, it is always addressed in a timely and professional manner. The dementia and Alzheimer's journey of a family member is so hard, but knowing that my grandmother is well loved and cared for gives our family such peace of mind. Autumn Grove Cottage is truly an extension of our family. We are grateful!

Our Mother was a resident at Autumn Grove Copperfield for over the past two years. She recently passed as a result of a ten year battle against Alzheimer’s, and it is with a heavy heart that I write this review. Words cannot adequately express our love and thanks for all the Manager, Andrea, and her staff did to take the best possible care of our Mother. During Covid times she kept herself, the staff, and the residents safe, and for that we will be forever grateful. Andrea’s compassion showed in everything she did and said to provide the best quality of care for her residents. She treated each of them like one of her own family members. Over the past decade we placed my Mother in various size facilities, but found the Autumn Grove model to be the perfect size and place for our Mother. The ratio of caregivers to residents facilitates the quality of care you would be looking for your loved one. They keep the residents engaged and out in a common area to participate in daily activities. You can’t help but know after visiting your loved one they are in good hands. For all those who are searching for the right place to move their loved one, I hope you will consider and visit Autumn Grove Copperfield. We are truly thankful for all they did for our Mother.

Both of my parents are new residents here. I have nothing but excellent comments about Autumn Grove and everyone who works there. They have all, especially Andrea and Rhonda, made the difficult-covid era- move as easy and seamless as they possibly could. Andrea has gone out of her way to make sure my parents have everything they need. My brothers and I feel so blessed to have our parents there!

Since new management took over autumn grove have had a lot of improvements like we have better staff and we have three hot meals a day as well as hopping activities. Anyone looking for a place for a loved one, you should come to Copperfield where we make sure everyone is treated like someone.

AutumnGrove Copperfield is a beautiful Cottage caring for residents with Alzheimer's and Dementia. The Cottage Manager Andrea has a huge heart full of compassion and runs a tight ship. Residents are met with lots of love, respect and fun activities though out the day. Her cottage is very clean and well keep and the employees are well trained on how to meet the needs of residents with memory care.
