My mother has lived at Autumn Leaves for two years. She has had a wonderful experience. The staff is very kind and loving and they treat her like family. The chef is world class and provides a balanced meal for the residents. The staff hosts a lot of activities for the residents as well as for residents and family. The activities give family a chance to meet and bond with other family members. I have an access pass to the building and can come at any time to visit and check on my mother. My mother is paralyzed and at her previous facility, she was often relegated to her room because she is not mobile. At Autumn Leaves my mom is almost always out in the common areas with the other residents. The staff are easy to contact and they are constantly checking to see if my mother’s situation changes and if she has any needs that I or the medical staff need to know about.

I had a wonderful tour and visit with Tonisha on Friday. I found happy engaged Residents doing activities with a former co-worker of mine. The staff was friendly and caring to the Residents. A Family night event was held the night before. Give this location a visit, you will be glad you did!

My husband has been treated like family during the past year at Autumn Leaves. Family members are encouraged to participate in activities, discussion groups, and the monthly special events. I must admit that I had a long struggle with relinquishing his 24- hour care to someone other than myself, but now feel reassured that Autumn Leaves is the place he needs to be at this time of our lives. Of course this is a tough decision for loved ones to make, but one that may eventually become necessary for everyone's health. The administration and staff are most friendly and caring for our loved ones. It's good to be able to sleep at night knowing my husband is in a safe place.

I’ve been coming to this community for a few years now. Nothing but good things and always recommend Autumn Leaves. They treat residents as if they are family and are great at communication and coordinating between nurse and family so that we can work as a team to take good care of our patients! Daily activities and lots of events to keep residence busy. Love the vibe!!!

My husband and I volunteer weekly at Autumn Leaves which includes bringing in our two small therapy dogs to visit the residents in small group settings. We have been very impressed by the home-like atmosphere where the residents are well groomed, content and have opportunities for community outings and on-site activities to enrich their mental and emotional health. In addition, the staff is patient and kind and there appears to be a high staff to resident ratio which is very important for safety and security in these settings. Many years ago I worked in mental health services and have a good reference point for my observations and now as a local Real Estate Agent often working with families that are transitioning their loved ones to assisted care I can confidently recommend Autumn Leaves.
