We are so very grateful to have found a residence for my dear brother where he is safe, secure and cared for in a manner that meets his developmental needs beautifully as a person with Alzheimer's Disease. He has always been treated with the utmost respect and kindness. The staff at Heritage Memory Center are some of the most compassionate and dedicated people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. They truly care about the well-being of each and every resident and go out of their way to make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and happy. Whenever I come to visit they have always been available to answer questions, lend a listening ear, or provide assistance with anything my brother may need. The facility itself is very clean and well-maintained, with spacious living areas, comfortable bedrooms, and plenty of natural light. My father has been a resident at Heritage Memory Care Center for two years now. Placing a loved one in memory care is one of the hardest decisions a family can make, but the staff and caregivers at Heritage made this transition as caring, thoughtful, and gentle as possible—for both our family and my father. The entire team is consistently willing to communicate with us about his care and goes above and beyond to ensure his comfort while also easing our worries. There is always a nurse on call, and the caregivers work around the clock to make sure every resident is well cared for. The maintenance staff does an excellent job keeping the facility in great condition, and meals are thoughtfully prepared three times a day to meet each resident’s specific dietary needs, with snacks provided in between. Residents also enjoy daily activities, TV rooms, and safe outdoor spaces.Cleanliness was one of our biggest concerns, and Heritage has always exceeded our expectations. The facility is consistently clean, odor-free, and well maintained. My father’s room is regularly cleaned, his bathroom washed, and the floors vacuumed, which we truly appreciate. Families are welcome to visit their loved ones at any time, without restriction, and the center hosts a monthly “Family Night” with themed food, music, and activities that bring residents and families together. They also encourage families to personalize their loved one’s room with meaningful personal touches. The peace of mind we have knowing my father is in such compassionate and capable care is unmatched. While this journey is never easy, Heritage Memory Care Center makes it easier through their kindness, dedication, and respect for their residents. We are deeply grateful to the staff and caregivers and cannot thank them enough for the care and comfort they provide for my father and for our family.

They now have new management. So note the date on some of the reviews. They are wonderful and do really care about the residents. I like that they provide structure and allow them to be themselves. Everyone is always tended to and mom loves it here. It is a smaller place where everyone knows everyone and not somewhere she would get lost!

I am so grateful to find this facility. I researched many nursing house and had several tours already. This facility is the best one for the customer service, work efficiency, cleanness, and atmosphere. Their executive manager Junior is the highlight. Junior is such an empathetic person, who understands all the difficulties that we are facing with dementia patient. He was able to move my family member in within 3 days. Each day, there are so many activities for elderly to do. Everyone looks very happy from the staff, nurse to the patient. Update: 01/25/2026. The Heritage at Eldridge Parkway Memory Care has been a true blessing for our family. From the moment we walked in, we felt the genuine care and compassion of the staff. Every team member is specifically trained for memory care, and it truly shows in the way they treat residents—with patience, dignity, and heart. Although it may not be the largest community, it feels like home. The leadership team is attentive, professional, and always willing to listen. We have peace of mind knowing our loved one is in a safe, loving environment surrounded by people who truly care. We moved my Mom here while she was in bad shape from a fall from another Memory Care. I was so worried about her being in a new place, in pain, and her memory failing her. It was a very scary time for her, but the staff made her comfortable in a way that I could have never done on my own. My sister and I were in constant contact with many people on staff. They always addressed our concerns in a timely manner. The space was clean and her room was always kept tidy. The staff were kind and helpful. I would always drop by unannounced and there were never any surprises or disappointments on my end, only relief that my Mom was being taken care of. There is always room to grow, but I truly commend the management and the caregivers. The caregivers have an extremely difficult job and they did it with such grace and love. I could not thank them enough.
