My mom loves Arcadia. The staff are fantastic and the facility feels like a home. I stop by multiple times a week and have always found residents who are engaged, happy, and being well cared for. Having private rooms, that can be personalized is an added benefit. We feel incredibly fortunate to be a part of this community.

From the first phone call to the visit in Crofton with Bess and the meeting with Amy and my communications with Shannon Admissions Director I knew I was making the right decision. I have visited many nursing homes for both my mother and mother-in-law and I would put Arcadia at the top.

I have been looking for a place for my dad for a while now and visited several places in Anne Arundel and Queen Anne Counties. I was very impressed by Arcadia of Crofton. The staff were welcoming and patiently answered my questions as we walked through the residence. I was introduced to other staff and residents, too. Everyone (even residents) chatted with me and answered my questions. On the day I visited there was a house dog visiting, too. Everyone seemed to be enjoying him and I know dad would like that. Since I’ve been introduced to this facility three years ago, I have always commended these assisted living facilities for their cleanliness and great resident care. Whenever I walk into the assisted living homes here, they are spotless and smell great! The staff tries super hard to work with the residents to accommodate their needs and wants to the best of their abilities within the standard guidelines. The residents are always taken such good care of and are treated like one of their own family members. I really am impressed with how well it smells and how nice the living arrangements are for the elderly here at autumn meadows, so keep up the great work guys and thanks for all of the hard work and effort that everyone puts forth to make it a great living experience for them!!

My best experiences with this place is how clean the house is. I am a person who loves clean facilities and when you walk into this place is smells so fresh and clean it doesn’t smell like a bleached down nursing home. The employees take so much pride in making sure facility is immaculate.. Also, I praise the employees on how well they take care of the residents there.. The residents are treated as if they were the employees own family members which lets me know the care and passion the employees have for the residents.. passion, caring, and cleanliness goes a long way and I see this within Autumn meadows facility.
