Autumn Springs Assisted Living

My Dad just moved in to Autumn Springs Assisted Living last week. I have nothing but good things to say about this facility. It has 52 residences, a dining area, and a recreational area. It is clean, the food is good, the staff is friendly and helpful, and it is secure. Margo assisted us with the paperwork, eagerly answered all of our questions, and made the process simple all while keeping up a running banter with my father, who by the way just loves her. Both my Dad and I were hesitant about this move to assisted living, but he has been able to retain his independence while still getting the help he needs. The only complaint he has had in the last 10 days is that they wake him up at 5:30 in the morning so he can take his pill before breakfast is served. Breakfast is a couple of hours later, and it appears the early morning shift is responsible for the meds, while the new shift is responsible for breakfast. Autumn Springs Assisted Living is well worth the money. Take a tour and see for yourself.

My sister has resided at Autumn Springs for a little over 2 years. The family and I are extremely pleased with the management, staff, and quality of living she is receiving. If you or a loved one are searching for a place, look no more. I do suggest you take a tour, meet some of the residents and see for your self, you too will also be pleased you stopped by.

This is not the place that has compassion for their residents. Our experience went from bad to neglect. Plus it's not clean. There are many other places that offer better care and a much better environment in Billings. I advise you to not settle for Autumn Springs.

The management and staff are helpful and pleasant, the food is good, and the facility is clean and well maintained.

Both my parents and my wife's parents are living at Autumn Springs. The staff is very caring and pleasant to everyone; they work hard to assist the residents with everything possible. Because this facility is smaller than many others, every resident can be on a first name basis with the staff, making Autumn Springs much more like home than many facilities we have visited. When helping our parents decide to move, we visited many facilities; Autumn Springs is by far the best fit. Instead of bells and whistles, Autumn Springs offers the qualified help and caring to give our family members the comfort and dignity they deserve. I have and will continue to recommend Autumn Springs Assisted Living to everyone.
