My mom has been living here for several years now. Take time to look through all the pictures that have been posted. You can see Autumn Village takes the time to keep the residents entertained with fun things to do. The staff is very friendly and caring. The lady that runs the place Byronette is awesome!

Spoke to a lady named Essence ( not sure if that’s even her name) she claims to be the administrator. She had to be the rudest person in healthcare! Just the thought of you caring for anyone’s family member is disturbing. If you don’t have patience to simply listen to someone over the phone there’s no way you have patience to care for anyone with dementia or Alzheimer’s. I suggest that you find a new source of income that does not require any communication with the public.

What a wonderful place to be at. Autumn Village 1 loves to keep them busy with game, partys, and all different things everyday. All the staff are nice and love all the residents with everything that they do. Been here for going on 6 years now and there's not a better place be at. Brynette Biles makes everything very special for each and everyone of them. We always have wonderful things going on. It's a great place to take anyone that loves to socialize. We have a great time here at Autumn Village One. Come on by, we would love to have you here.

Autumn Village 1 is very hospitable, great staff, they truly care about their residents, they have activities daily, church services, Sunday and Wednesday, Friday night game night and social, good food, they take the able residents once a month, to go shopping, just to get them out and about. Bryanette Biles, as the facility director, does everything in her power to make sure the residents are comfortable, and feel at home. They are a family away from home. But don't take my word for it, go check them out, you won't be disappointed.....
