Great facilities and friendly staff. Upmost professionals with the mix of family values that makes this place shine. Big bonus for having extremely clean facilities. Know that your loved ones are in great hands here, I sure do.

My mother is 82 years old and I could no longer give her the care that she needed at home. While it was a hard decision,, we found her a perfect place at Heart Village. The staff are super nice and take wonderful care of her. They are very communicative with me and they make sure her medication is taken properly. It’s comforting to know that she is being taken care of. The area is beautiful and she loves going out on her morning walk, many close things by like grocery and the church. This has been the best thing I could’ve done for her and I highly recommend it. I feel she is safe, enjoys interacting with people her age and still has enough freedom while being looked after.

Having a loved one move into any ALF is a difficult and emotional experience, especially not knowing how well they are going to be careful for. It's been more than a year with my dad at Autumn Village and I can confidently say that Danny, Diandra and the rest of the staff truly do care for not only the residents but their family members as well. Danny and many of the staff provide their personal phone numbers to be reached at. This is the owner who has made himself unbelievably accessible and is top-notch with his responsiveness, as is the rest of the staff. While it's not been the easiest time with my dad, who has dementia, the entire staff goes well above and beyond with keeping my dad safe and keeping me informed of any situations. During typical days there is a focus on making him as comfortable as possible, whether that be someone on staff taking him to lunch or walking with him to a local store. Even something as simple as regular conversation with my dad makes such a huge difference in quality of life. Finally, Danny has been absolutely outstanding to work with on our very limited income. I can't say enough how I feel that Autumn Village (and the sister facily Fort Caroline Gardens) is such a terrific facility. I imagine these are difficult facilities to run and maintain but AV has been incredible with everything they've done in the year or so we've been residents.

Autumn Village and it’s staff took care of my mom for 7 years and made sure she made her doctor appointments. They were always so caring even though my mom was tough to deal with, having bipolar disorder. The staff and owners of autumn village are true heroes to their residents and resident family members. I’ve seen first hand what they deal with, and they handle it with grace. I miss visiting my mom and the staff. I’ll have to stop by soon to say hello.

Autumn Village has been an amazing place for my family. Staff is very loving and provide exceptional one on one care for every resident. Everyone is met with a smile and a hug. Facility is very home like and very clean. Mandy is an awesome manager who assists staff whenever needed. Mrs. Sheny and Danny have put their heart into making Autumn Village a true home for their residents.
