Shameful owners and management. They only care about money and making a profit- this nursing home is a business! They don't want you to forget that! Any chance at mediation is struck down with the fact that they're not making money.

Was not overall impressed with my father's experience in this home. The goal is to medicate the patient until they turn into a zombie (which may be a trend throughout many homes); however, this particular place did not allow enough time to new meds to adjust. My father is a dementia patient. When he has his "moments", he definitely can be a handful. I truly do not think they could handle him with the care he needed, nor think this is a great place for an elderly person with specific needs that include dementia. There has been particular staff that has been rude to him and had little patience with him. I do want to thank the good ones (there were still great staff members which outweighed the bad) but the ones who dealt with my father the most, were the "not so nice". If he didn't want to take his meds, meds were skipped. If he didn't want to eat, meals were skipped. The room, outdoor, indoors, very beautiful place. Being able to come and go as you please was very nice if you have an odd or busy schedule. I still have to rate this place as a 1 star.

Wish I could honestly give it a 6. Aubrey is incredible. She always seems to be treating people with the utmost respect. She shows great professionalism and has an incredibly infectious smile

Staff are very nice but management needs a little lesson with etiquette. Yelling at visitors and staff in front of anyone. Only one nursing assistant on at night very unsafe.

Would give zero stars if I could. Unprofessional staff, lack of knowledge of basic nursing skills including rest, ice and elevation.(I know this isn't a skilled nursing facility, however they advertise having an RN on staff) Conversations from staff in front of family members is very unbecoming.
