This care home is outstanding. From their warm, attentive staff to the pristine and welcoming environment, every detail reflects their dedication to resident wellbeing. I cannot express enough my gratitude for this place existing. My dear father receives the best possible care from a staff of warm, capable and committed healthcare workers. Apart from their stellar care for patients, the community at Auxiliary House is small and so I know each patient is getting the attention they need. The environment is warm and inviting. Location is also great, in a nice Bethesda neighborhood where my father and I can take walks. Cannot recommend enough.

It's been a big adjustment for all of us, but Ruthie, Jennese, Omie and the rest of the staff have been very supportive of us as well as mom. Very caring and patient caregivers. When we have a concern, we can contact someone and they'll get back to us right away. Very happy we picked Auxiliary House!

This was the best decision we ever made to place Nice at Auxiliary House. He is happy, safe, cared for. And I am able to reach the caregivers by phone or text at any time. So grateful.

Auxiliary House was the most fortunate find for our mother's final years with dementia. The patient care team shows their love and concern for each resident. We found that the programming was plentiful and appropriate. As a family, we were made to feel welcome at all times and involved as an important part of the team. There are fancier facilities out there. There are not better people and it's the people that matter the most.
