Look dont waste ur time getting an apartment here if ur apt floods or ur ac goes out if u call the emergency number they do not answer the phones these apartments are really going down hill i like living here but we can never keep a Maintenance man The hot water doesn't work half the time the grounds are not being keept up , nothing is getting fixed cause we have no maintenance guys the pool is always closed cause noone to clean it or keep up the maintenance on it and its always green there is only now 1 washing machine on property and the supervisor of the apartments are taking thier time geting new ones for us . alot of crime lately in the area I'm just letting people no cause it's getting to the point they don't care. Cops don't even care something needs to change and don't let the 5 stars fool u anybody can star a business i also would like to say that the lighting out side sucks it is pitch dark there is absolutely no lighting when it gets dark .now these apartments has a mouse and rat problem these apartments can't even keep a Maintenance guy and they can't even keep a manger at any of thier properties and when u tell the people in charge about problem here they don't do any thing about it. The manger they just had here her name is daniella she is very rude disrespectful and was always on her phone, when talking to her she makes you feel like your not important and she seems like when u talk to her she gets irritated with when you try to talk to her. These apt are letting druggies and drug dealers live here cause they do not monitor who they let live here and there's alot of people who smokes weed here in these apartments when your walking towards ur apartment people are on thier porches or balconies. Smoking weed people put thier trash by thier front doors and it makes it look trashy , these owners only want the money for the rent these apartments also has not been upgraded but all the other apartments they own have been upgraded its ashamed these apartments have gone down hill but I guess that's what happens when u have owners who don't care about thier propertie.

Walls are very thin to the point where you hear everything. Neighbors are rude and aggressive. Don’t waste your money, or your time.

Older apartments have some issue within 3 years I live there cable was taken off last year pay your own but have a good apartment manager Rose Dyer does a great job in getting things done help others beyond when can't make a full payment she will work with you also things get repair she does a follow up and check on residents if I ever do get a chance to come back I will keep Rose 🌹 in mind 😀

I recently took the time to look back at the reviews for Carmel Manor Apartments, and the current situation speaks volumes. It’s disheartening to see that this place, which once had a good reputation, has now become a shadow of its former self. One glaring issue is the management—or lack thereof. It's evident that they cannot retain a manager, which has led to a significant decline in the overall experience for residents. The grounds are consistently unkempt, with trash littering the property and dumpsters overflowing due to individuals who don't even live here dumping their refuse. Additionally, the presence of homeless individuals in the area, seemingly tolerated by the current management, only exacerbates the problem. Poor lighting throughout the complex adds to the sense of insecurity, making it an uncomfortable environment for residents. It’s truly a shame to see how Carmel Manor has deteriorated. I sincerely hope that the owners of the complex recognize these issues and take action to restore this place to its former glory. I will be keeping an eye out for any positive changes, and if improvements are made, I will gladly update my review. Until then, I cannot recommend this apartment complex. Please, don’t bother responding to this review, owners—just take action.

This has been the worst apartment I’ve ever lived at!!! Don’t even waste your time. The price might seem great but the walls are so thin you can hear EVERYTHING and I mean everything. We moved in almost 3 years ago and it seems every month there is a new manager. They can never keep a manager so any issues you’ve had disappear with what ever manager they had that month. On top of that they can’t keep a single maintenance person so any issues you have will take a month to even get done. There constant vehicle break ins and NO security as in cameras. They also will not deal with horrible renters either. Even though cops are called multiple times and the office has been called, texted, and walked to and talked to in person. They will pretend to listen and say will talk to them or issue a lease violation but then nothing comes of it and they will erase anything you say so when the next monthly apartment manager comes in there is no documentation of it. I’ve tried putting my reviews on Facebook but the apartments like to delete and block me so I finally decided to come to here so they can’t erase anything.
