AVALON MEMORY CARE

My mom has been staying at Avalon memory care in McKinney Ranch facility for the last six months, and I’m really happy with the care she receives. The staff is kind and attentive, always making sure each resident is comfortable and well cared for. The facility is always clean, providing a warm and welcoming environment. A special mention to the manager, Claudia, who is responsible, approachable, and always has a smile on her face. Gabriel and Raymundo also deserve recognition for their care and positive energy. They take care of my mom with laughter, creating a cheerful atmosphere. Recently, two chief joined the team, and they cook delicious meals, making sure the residents get all the necessary nutrition. I feel at ease and peace knowing my mom is in such good hands.

My mom recently passed after spending 6 years at Avalon Memory Care at McKinney Ranch, McKinney, TX. The folks at Avalon have always been wonderful to my mom. She was in a safe and loving environment. I would highly recommend Avalon to anyone.

Since the new management took over, the improvements at Avalon Memory Care have been remarkable. The facility now feels like a second home, especially thanks to the incredible caregivers, Gabriel and Raymundo. Their kindness, love, and genuine care for the patients are evident in everything they do. They treat each resident as if they were their own grandparents, creating an environment of warmth and compassion that is truly unique. Our family highly recommends Avalon Memory Care. My stepdad was at the McKinney location on Meadow Ranch. The facility was immaculate, and the staff was simply amazing. Ashley and Keonna are very gifted, caring, and hard working along with the entire staff there. We are grateful God led us to Avalon Memory Care.
