Cleanest care facility I ever walked into. The staff is caring and attentive. From the daily care to the foods he ate, I feel like my father Mark got the best care we could have ever asked for. This facility is not the largest home and I think that it helps make room for the individual care that the staff provides. My father is missed, but I take comfort in knowing that he got the best care possible in the last year of his life from Avalon Garland. Thank you all.

My spouse has been a resident at this location for about a year now and I have had a pretty positive experience. The staff has been very helpful and quick to address any concerns and very accommodating with meals and spouses dietary restrictions. The rooms are kept tidy and fresh unlike other facilities that I visited prior to deciding on Avalon.

This Avalon location is always clean and well maintained. The staff has been responsive to my family's requests and to the needs of my dad and making sure he is comfortable during his stay. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming!

Had a great visit with Avalon Memory Care. Xavier was incredibly welcoming, and the whole team had such a positive, upbeat energy. It’s clear they truly care about their residents and the work they do. Grateful to connect with a team doing such meaningful work.

My sister and I had to relocate our dad from Alabama to Tx rather quickly. Maria Yepez and the staff all made it work seamlessly and as stress free as possible. It’s been almost 8 months with dad at the Garland Avalon and we are so pleased with their care. The entire facility is clean and on the few occasions when I found dad had made a mess in his room, the staff were quick and pleasant in straightening things up. They offer activities such as a one man band to dance and sing along. Games and arts/crafts. The staff is very gentle and kind in redirecting clients. My dad has Lewy Body Dementia which means he may not always be oriented but the staff are patient and kind. We feel very confident that our dad is being treated with dignity and respect at Avalon Memory Care in Garland.
