Avamere at Park Place

Hannah did an amazing job getting my mom placement and into a room as quickly as possible. She followed up with us on a regular basis and answered all our questions in a timely manner. Super star she is! Thank you Hannah, my mom is so happy there!

Hannah has made this whole process a nightmare. I left her a voicemail over two months ago, which she never responded. Because we were in a bit of a hurry trying to find a place, I dropped off paperwork she was requesting from the rehabilitation center. Even after she received the documents, she never followed up with us. I don’t know if it’s because Hannah’s racist and didn’t want someone of color moving in, but she ultimately forced our hand to find another property. I will say, the room I toured was nice and spacious and the property does appear very clean.

I cannot say enough good things about Hannah! She is on the ball. Such an amazing person. Everything was so streamlined to get my mom approved and moved in so quickly. I know others were likely involved in the process but Hannah was always in communication on what to expect next. My mom just moved in yesterday and everyone has been so welcoming. The facility is clean and well kept. The neighborhood is cute and homey. Very safe area. The food is good. The employees seem happy and always smiling. I feel good knowing my mom will be well taken care of here.

Had the chance to tour the community a few weeks ago. I was absolutely impressed. The staff were so warm, and welcoming. Resident were smiling and happy, and the experience far exceeded our expectations. If your looking for a great assisted living community in the Tigard area, call an ask for Beatriz , she would love to help, and It show. I promise you will just adore her, the residents, and this team. I just can't rave about my experience enough. Beatriz is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and truly passionate, and dedicated to helping your love on new path, and this next chapter. I know you will be in good hands, from the time you walk through the door, to moving in an calling Park Place HOME!

I recently toured Avamere at Park Place as a possible placement for my older brother. I was very impressed by the cleanliness, warmth, decor and friendly staff at this facility! One of the people who really stood out is the Director of Sales and Outreach "Cassie Delozier." From the start, she was super helpful and went out of her way to give us the information we needed to make an informed decision about Avamere. She was also excellent about follow-up and I felt very supported and well taken care of throughout my interactions with her. Thanks Cassie!! I would highly recommend Avamere to anyone looking for a place to call "home!"
