I recently attended a Valentine’s event at Avamere at St. Helens, and it was such a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly caring and attentive toward the residents, making sure everyone felt included and valued. They were warm, welcoming, and truly engaged with each resident throughout the event. It was clear how much effort went into creating a joyful and meaningful celebration. The atmosphere was positive and full of kindness, which speaks volumes about the compassion and dedication of the team. Thank you for making it such a special day for the residents and their families!

Avamere is very well organized, clean, and staffed by caring people who care for our elderly father in such a way that he, and us as well consider them to be friends. We visit there quit often and its a good feeling every time.

This post is substantially for Ms. Felicia, Danielle, and Raychel. Today we had to move my 98 year old sweet sweet grandmother to memory care. Although our family has a lot of anxiety of this transition, these wonderful ladies mentioned have gone out of their way to ensure my grandmother will be okay. And because of them, I believe it. Felicia, thank you so much as one of the people my grandma recognizes from the side of the facility she was moving from - to take the time on your lunch break and any chance you could to pop over and make sure we were okay and once we moved her over that she was okay. These women even hand wrote a piece of paper for the future caregivers on the memory care side of how my adorable grandma likes things/tips for care and what she needs that’s posted in her new room. We truly appreciate you three and that you will even continue to bring her to her favorite activities. I look forward to getting to know the caregivers and med techs on the memory care side and a shout out to Tia and Logan for all the help as well. Anna, appreciate you for taking the time to answer questions and offering to be available as we need. Thank you all.
