The staff here are amazing! 10/10 HOWEVER The food is disgusting most days. I come to visit family here twice a year and sometimes the smell of the lunch alone makes me gag. The residents complain all the time in the "food" meetings but nothing ever changes.

My Mother lives at Waterford and loves it! She has made many resident and staff friends that she considers family. The staff is stellar, the food is great. Residents go on excursions to restaurants shopping and local places of interest. There’s always an activity happening there from games, art and cooking class. I couldn’t be happier with Waterford. Having her there gives me the peace of mind that she’s safe and with people she she loves. I’m usually there three or four time a week to visit everyone. The residents and staff have become my family. Soo blessed for Mom to be living there

The staff really care about residents. They take time to get to know each one personally. The health and fitness area with gym and lap pool is clean and easy to access. The food is good with a home style comfort feel.
