They are always easy to talk to and make you feel heard and valued no matter what questions you have. The people here are genuinely warm and caring and you can feel that sense of connection throughout the entire community. The events and resources are so thoughtful and it is clear that residents’ happiness is always the top priority. Our experience with Avanti Senior Living at Vision Park was exceptional, and it was entirely because of Laura Price, the Sales Director. From the very beginning, Laura made a potentially overwhelming process feel comfortable and reassuring. She showed genuine compassion, patience, and understanding while guiding us through every step. I want to thank Valerie Colon and her entire loving team at Avanti Senior Living @ Vision Park. This has been my parents' home for almost 2 years. They started in assisted living and have recently moved to memory care. Every time I visit, I am amazed at how kindly and professionally the staff work with the seniors living there. Valerie has been more than instrumental in helping our family through the transitions. My parents are happy and feel comfortable with such loving care from Valerie, Lori, Sade, Daphne, Roger, and Nancy, just to name a few, but there are many more. The Memory Care staff is exceptional. At times, my parents have forgotten to charge their cell phone. The MC caregivers have often called me on their own cell phone, just so I can hear my parents' voices. The front desk staff are so kind. They seem to know instinctively that they are the first thing you experience--they are your first impression of Avanti. They answer the phone with "How can I make your day better?" Valerie's team wants to treat our folks the way they would want their mom or dad to be treated. That, in and of itself, is so comforting. I would recommend Avanti if you need a HOME for your loved ones. They are professionals with hearts of gold.

I can’t say enough great things about Avanti Senior Living in the Woodlands! The team is outstanding and really cares. The admin. team made up of Valerie, Alex, Apple, Daphne, the new nurses, chef and office staff all bring their best every day. The facility is also really beautiful and well kept. If you’re considering an assisted living in the Woodlands, Avanti should be at the top of your go sees.

This is a fantastic community located in the heart of the Woodlands medical center. The resident care coordinator and all staff at Avanti are friendly and create an upscale environment for all their residents. Their memory care is one of the best in the woodlands!
