AVENDELLE ASSISTED LIVING MERRIMAN

I placed my elderly mother at Merriman back in May. We've had nothing but the best of care starting with the owner and extending to the individuals that work at the home. My mother was treated with the utmost dignity, respect and affection. I greatly appreciate the staff at Merriman. They were always accommodating and considerate of Mother's needs in her last months of life. I recommend them highly.

This is a wonderful place for my mother-in-law. The staff is so good about a schedule for her meds and helping her with daily activities. She has a beautiful room, and the house is always tidy and neat. So glad to have a place for her where we know she is getting great care!

Terry and his wonderful staff...Stephanie, Beatriz, Ciara, Syniece, Nuvia and Maria are the most caring and patient care givers ever! I have been around this business for years and my mom now lives at Merriman and we could not be more grateful to know that she is being well cared for. Thank you ALL for everything...

My father has been living at Avendelle assisted living Merriman Parkway for almost 2 years. I have only the very highest regard for the staff and owners of this facility. My father is always in good spirits when I see him. He is clean and well cared for. Although the staff offer many exercises and activities he has the choice to participate or not as he wishes.. His favorite activity is reading which he does usually at the dining room table where he can keep an eye on everyone. The staff talk with him and joke with him. He is made to feel very much at home. Good nutritious meals are home cooked by the staff with each residents personal diet in mind. Help is always available. The home itself is on a very pretty street in a lovely quiet neighborhood with lots of trees. There is a gazebo in back where by dad likes to sit and watch the birds and squirrels. My dads room is quiet and spacious with a bathroom shared by one other resident. His clothes are always clean and folded in the dresser or hung up in the closet. The home and gardens are both well maintained and always clean. The staff are the kindest and most caring people I have ever met in this type of work. They are there for my dad's every need and have accommodated every single one of our requests for his care. There are always at least 2 people on staff so everyone can get the attention they need.I cannot say enough good things about these people. Finding the right place for my dad to live has been heartbreaking for my brother and I am thankful every day that we found Avendelle. All of the members of the staff and the administration from the top to the bottom work hard to make the residents lives comfortable and happy. It gives me a tremendous and much needed peace of mind to know that my dad is in such good hands.

Great owners that listen and respond to all your needs. The staff are so loving and caring for your love ones. The staff also treats all clients with love and compassion. The dignity and respect that is given not only to the clients but to the families is just heartwarming. So glad my sister found this place!
