Love this place! Moved mom here from another facility and the difference is night and day. It’s very much a family atmosphere and the staff is very responsive to mom’s needs. Highly recommend Avendelle!

The best thing about Avendelle is the caring staff. They do a great job accessing needs and providing daily care, but they go far beyond just doing their job. Every time I visit my mom there, I also witness the staff treating all residents with love and the respect they deserve. Even the marketing specialist visits and gives attention to the residents. This place is all about the people. I have to say my mom definitely has been getting the attention she needs. Thank you also to the house manager, the nurse and all the caregivers.

We have been very pleased with our experience at Avendelle Royal, starting with the exploratory phase. They went out of their way to meet us at the home while we were evaluating many residential homes. That includes the owner and his staff. We ultimately chose Royal because the care givers were so kind and had a lot of longevity at the home (longevity is rare in residential homes, we have learned), plus the home was clean, bright, airy, and in a good location. We felt like it was good value for the money. They've also been willing to make adjustments to the living space to match our needs. If we had to find one thing to complain about, we'd love to see a little better back yard setup, i.e. trees, to create a park-like setting. We are only a month into full-time residency but the experience on the inside has matched what we saw during the sales cycle!
