The House on Spanky Branch Dr is cozy and comfortable. They are an assisted living facility as well as hospice. They take care of your needs. If you are in the market for assisted living look at Avendelle on Spanky Branch Dr.

I hope everyone is happy at this house....I grew up in this house from 1978 thru 1993. The house has changed they filled in the pool in the back, but it is a great home. Thank you Douglas Hofmann

I am happy with the care my mother receives at Spanky Branch. It has been hard not to be able to visit in person for all these months, but they do all they can to make things pleasant for their residents and families.

Wow, What a gem! It's in a residential neighborhood. This a home that's been converted into a small assisted living facility, so it feels warm & homey, not institutional. The big difference is the staff. The care ratio is 1:3. How can you beat that?! I thought it was too good to be true, but they did everything that was promised. They cared for my family like he was their own. Everyone is clean & happy. There was no smell. The bonus was having him so close by, where we could drop by easily, instead of spending time driving. It's affordable care, close to home. Vacancies don't last long! If you live in far north Dallas, consider this option. You won't regret it!
