AVITA OF STROUDWATER

My 88 year old mother has been at Avita for about 8 months. Started in the day program and is now full time. From the minute I walked in and met the staff I knew we were in the right place. The staff is extremely professional and always ready to help. Their activities are many and so fun for all. The facility is kept very clean and your loved ones are treated with such respect and dignity. Table cloths, wine glasses for their soda, Delicious food. All done to make your loved one feel special. You always see the whole place smiling.

I was disappointed to see employees openly asking friends and social media contacts to leave reviews for a contest. Practices like that create a polished online image that doesn’t necessarily line up with the day-to-day reality inside the building. Families rely on honest reviews when making decisions, and boosting ratings through contests undermines that transparency. The public deserves an accurate picture of Avita — not one shaped by who can collect the most outside reviews.

I have the pleasure of visiting Avita Stroudwater several times a year and am consistently impressed by the kindness and professionalism of the staff. This community is a gem! The atmosphere is clean and tidy and VERY welcoming! The residents are always doing something creative together and are happy being there. I look forward every visit to seeing them and LOVE to see they are so well taken care of. Definitely a community I would want my own parents to receive the care they need! Thank you to the entire Stroudwater team for outstanding effort and involvement in the resident's care and life enrichment!!!

My Mother has been happily attending the day program for the last year and half. It has been a wonderful experience with the absolute best staff, they are so kind, patient, empathetic but mostly they are so loving to my mom, she is so very comfortable there and looks forward to going. She loves the activities, the food and all the fun projects they work on together. Her nails have never looked better! They do up her nails weekly, she loves it! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Avita of stroudwaters Day program. Your loved ones will love it!
