Blessed to have found this place for my Dad. He was 91 years old and needed a stable place to live as his current situation wasn’t suitable any longer. Lu and her family that run this center really do treat their residents as family. I live out of state and I was a little uneasy not having Dad nearby but, my heart was put at ease after meeting Lu and touring the facility. Dad has since passed on but he really enjoyed his time there and he passed peacefully while in their care. They have all of the needs of their residents at hand from meals to grooming, medical, Hospice and more. I would not hesitate recommending this place to anyone in need of a good home that will take care of their loved ones like family.

My dad came to this group home 2 1/2 months ago and I am so grateful. He is treated like family and loved. I feel that same love from Lu and Mia. He is receiving the best care, the best homemade food and I couldn’t be happier. My treasure of a dad is in a wonderful place!♥️

Let me just say that this place is nothing short of amazing and I am so grateful for the care and assistance they provided to my loved one. My Grandmother was recently on Hospice (which was provided by a different company) but was living here during her time as she needed a very high level of 24 hour medical assistance, and due to the EXTREMELY high and outrageous costs of Home Care, unfortunately could not be at home. This house is absolutely beautiful, as well as clean, and Lu and her whole staff/family are just wonderful. They were all SO loving and attentive and made sure that my Grandma was as comfortable as possible at all times. Although my Grandma was on a feeding tube, the food ALWAYS looked and smelled delicious. So I will say one more time that I am just so thankful for these people and their kindness. If you are looking for a place to send your loved one, I HIGHLY recommend AZ life Care 2.

While it is very scary to leave a family member in a care home, my family had a very positive experience with AZLife 2. My mother lived there for about 16 months at the end of her life. The home is very clean, bright and cheerful. The staff communicated frequently with my family to answer questions and plan care together. Activities and routines were provided to keep the residents stimulated. The meals appeared nutritious and allowed for social interaction among the residents. I especially liked how easy it was to text the manager, Lu, and get immediate answers. We were always kept informed of any changes or new needs for our mother.
