Just speaking to the lady on the phone you can tell how unprofessional this place is. I asked her how big is the facility how many rooms do you have how many patients and she asked me is this necessary for you to know I said of course it is if I’m sending my family there she was not happy about my response. I kindly told her this is not gonna be a right fit for and your future reference when people are sending their loved ones there they wanna know where they’re going to be in what type of facility.
