Staff are awesome when it comes to patient care. Very approachable , kind and compassionate . Best of all management is fully involved on top of everything, educating staff continuously for a well maintained facility and most importantly caring for the residents.

As a nurse, I have visited Azalea quite often. I am ALWAYS impressed at how well the residents are cared for by the staff. It is evident that the people who work here love what they do and take pride in providing outstanding care. Beth Garcia is a superstar who is always available to assist and keeps everything running smoothly. The facility is clean and well staffed and able to provide support and care for a variety of residents, making everyone feel supported and cared for. I highly recommend Azalea. It’s a pleasure working with this facility and their team.
