AZURA MEMORY CARE MONROE 2

My dad has been a resident at Dimensions Living for the past two years. He has gotten excellent care. The staff is knowledgeable, caring and very friendly. I appreciate how clean they keep the facility. I also appreciate that they have an inhouse doctor. They really are a great facility!

My mother recently moved into Dimensions Living and so far I couldn’t be happier with the care she is getting. The staff is caring, attentive, and respectful. They are constantly running to ensure all of the residents needs are met…no sitting on phones ignoring what’s going on around them like at other facilities. Cynthia, the director of the facility, is extremely accommodating and is willing to work with you to tailor to your loved one’s needs. She is hands on with the residents and isn’t afraid to get in there and work with her staff…she doesn’t just sit obliviously behind a desk and ignore the day to day operations. My mother seems happier here, in a small environment, than she was at the larger facility she was at previously. She likes the one-on-one interaction with the staff, the good food, and home-like environment. Her room is comfortable and homey, not institutional, and they encourage sitting in the common living room area with the other residents instead of sitting alone in her room all day. The facility is run like a home, with bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchen, rather than an institutional nursing home with nothing but sterile rooms. I recommend Dimensions Living if you’re looking for a nice, clean, well run facility for your loved one, with staff that actually cares and are willing to tailor their care to each individual’s specific personality and needs.

They care about their residents and treat them with respect. I would highly recommend Azura Memory Care of Monroe if you are looking for a safe and caring home for your loved one!

We love the care team at Azura! My father can be difficult to deal with, with his personality and behavior due to his dementia and other medical issues. The Monroe team at Azura has been graciously patient and supportive with him and all of his needs. They truly are hero’s here!
