The staff are trained in a technique called “Mosaic,” which gives them tools to work with memory-impaired and stroke patients. They keep the treatment plans individualized and manage to create a light-hearted atmosphere.

Cantasia the director is amazing! She comes from a wellness background so is able to jump in and provide cares to the residents as well as educate care staff. The azura team provide the best care for the residents at Azura.

Not a good place to bring your family member, management is no good... barely have any workers and the ones they do have are burnt out. I feel bad for the residents there. Everything is very disorganized. Also, the activity lady doesn't do her job. Sits all day and gives the residents snacks and plays movies for them that is all.

DONT BRING YOUR FAMILY HERE. Caregivers are overworked & management is horrible. Management cares more about drama & discouraging the little amount of help they have left. Management doesn’t help or take care of issues when they arise & the person is charge there should be fired.

Azura is wonderful! They really get to know their residents. The Activity department goes above and beyond to provide amazing experiences. Each activity is geared to the residents favorites memories. They do a wonderful job connecting to each of them and transforming Azura into a real life moment. The staff is like family, the love is shown throughout all they do. Great Job Azura! The smiles and laughter throughout the community is great!
