AZURA MEMORY CARE OF OAK CREEK II

The staff at Azura Memory Care in Oak Creek is exceptional, they treat their residents with dignity and respect. Also, the empathy and care for each individual that is witnessed is very touching. The staff is always very helpful, respectful and engaging to the residents and their families. Every time I visit my loved one I am greeted with a smile and an update on how things are going. If I am not able to make it, they are always happy to answer any questions or concerns over the phone. We are so glad to have our loved one in the care of the staff at Azura, she is getting the care and love she needs and that’s reassuring. I absolutely love getting updates on each day as well as photos via the sagely app. So many activities and so much fun. Thank you Team at Azura for helping us all through this difficult journey, you all have been a blessing to us.

Really concerned about the residents , they look dirty facility and facility looks unkept resident were left unattended for a long period of time. There was a big puddle of urine under a resident chair. And they are severely under staffed leaving residents not properly taken care of . Ed really unprofessional does not have a open door policy she says she will call you back and never does rolls her eyes in your face and likes to yelled and use volguer language towards staff when family and residents are present. There’s no supplies for staff for proper residents cleanliness. Ed not willing to assist residents with proper care.

Azura is an incredible assisted living and memory care facility. The director, nurse, and house manager are wonderful to work with and always so helpful. The staff are great, the activities are fun and engaging, and the food is higher quality. I cannot say enough positive things about Azura!

As a registered nurse myself in the Milwaukee area working with elderly residents on a daily basis, it is nice to stay up to date with other facilities via social media, and word of mouth. I have heard nothing short of wonderful things about Azura- Oak Creek location. They have developed a popular reputation in the community. Once my parents are ready to transition to an assisted living facility, Azura will be the first place I tour! Keep up the great work everyone!

The staff at Azura are great. The caregivers do a great job taking care of the residents (family) there. Mom was there for 2 1/2 yrs and the staff was always good to mom and to us as family members. The activity people do a great job keeping them busy, taking them on imaginary trips and real trips and so much more! Well no one wants to see a loved one in memory care, we always felt more at ease knowing she was being cared for by the great people at Azura! We never regret putting mom in memory care cause it gave us more time to spend quality time with her, while the staff dealt with the things that can stress a family relationship. Highly recommend the facility! Clean, Friendly and always welcoming. Hats of to the staff at the Oak Creek facility!
