To whom it may concern. My father is Gus Tarnowski, a current resident of Azura Assisted Living in Sheboygan WI. He has been there for 1 year, 5 months. I am VERY pleased with the level of care he receives! The incredible staff and caregivers that take care of Dad, day in and day out, are the best in the business, hands down! I live in Great Falls, Mt, and I come home to visit all different times. Every time I visit my Dad, I am always treated with respect and courtesy. The staff is always professional and willing to address any of my concerns about my Dad. They are always eager to help. My brothers and sisters who live in Sheboygan also interact with them, more than I do, with the same results! This is no coincidence! They genuinely care about my Dad's well-being and quality of life. The caregivers even went the extra mile and visited my Dad in the hospital when he was recovering from several surgeries. Our Dad receives the absolute best care from the exceptional caregivers and all staff at our Sheboygan Azura. They really know him well, are loving and so attentive to his needs, and in addition, go out of their way to keep our family informed. Azura is not just a place our Dad lives, it's HOME!

My uncle resides at Azura Sheboygan. The people are the heart of this facility. From the moment I spoke with management, I could tell they were going to really care about my uncle and go above and beyond to be sure he received great care. These workers support dementia patients day in and day out and they are patient and know just how to work with these very precious (but sometimes challenging) residents. It is amazing! The facility itself is excellent - small number of rooms (some with private bathrooms) and excellent spaces for meals and activities. The staff works hard to keep all areas clean and maintained and even decorates for all holidays. I highly recommend this facility to care for your loved one with dementia.

Great Experience!!! At Azura Memory Care of Sheboygan, the staff was incredibly caring and attentive, going above and beyond to meet the residents' needs. The facilities were clean and comfortable, creating a warm and homely environment. The healthcare and quality of life services provided were top-notch. I highly recommend Azura for its exceptional care and compassion.

My mother in law was recently admitted to Azura. They welcomed her with open arms and treated her like family. The facility is beautiful, warm and like a home versus a nursing home. The Director is really dedicated to the care and happiness of each person in Azura. The staff to client ratio is much higher at Azura. They also have a fantastic chef who makes wonderful healthy food. The first day on arrival he made my mother in law pancakes which is one of her favorites. We believe she is much happier and best of all has excellent care. Thank you to the great staff!
