AZURA MEMORY CARE OF WAUSAU

Azura has served my mother well for the past 8 years. She has memory loss, and has slowed down dramatically in the past year. She is 92 and still knows me, for which I am very grateful. Staff have come and gone but for the most part they are all very pleasant, call me if there is an issue, have numerous activities during a weeks time to keep her busy if she chooses to participate. I’m also grateful that they have accommodated me to do FaceTime with her twice a month. It is hard for her to talk on the phone at this point so that is a big plus since I do not live in the Wausau area. They care for my mother’s needs, treat her with respect and communicate with me. I also appreciate that it is a smaller facility. I will never bet able to thank them enough for all they have done for my cherished Mom. Ann Henkes

We recently moved a family member in to the Wausau facility and it has been a great experience! Our family member who resides at the facility has actually said she enjoys it there and other family members have commented how much better they look since moving in. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the online App is great for keeping up with the activities that they have going on. So happy that we found this place and were able to get them in there. :)

My friend has been with Azura for over 6 months. It's been challenging at times but thanks to the staff he's doing well. Excellent family atmosphere with knowledgeable, kind and caring staff. We've been very impressed.

Memory care is tough. They seem very "on it". My aunt is a tough one, but she seems well taken care of.

I appreciate everything the staff does in keeping my mom safe. She had been there over a year and we are very happy with this facility. Linda K.
