As a Hospice nurse, I go in and out of adult care homes all week long. Many times the staff can't tell you a thinkg about the resident. I ask how are they eating? how's their pain levels? Bowel movements? all those things a caregiver should know. Instead I hear, "I don't know, I only work one day a week," "I just got back from vacation." They just don't know about the residents. I placed my roommates father here at Azure, I would show up anytime from 10 in the morning to as late as 7:30pm. The staff always knew exactly what was happening with that resident. There was never chaos, never neglect, always clean. I recommend Azure Adult Care Home wholeheartedly!
