My Husband recently had a knee replacement and needed a good rehab center. I toured Resort of Augsburg to see if they were a good match for my husband’s situation . I decided to give them a try and I’m glad I did. I was very skeptical because of the reviews. What I will say to that is everyone’s experience is different. I encourage you to go and assess the facility in person and engage with the professionals there. My experience was stellar!! my family is so very grateful for the outstanding service provided to my Husband at this facility. Thank you. Extra thanks to the social worker Mr Idris. He worked incredibly hard to help my family navigate through this very challenging process. He almost always has a solution and if he doesn’t he will certainly put in the work to find someone who can help you. Give resort of Augsburg a shot. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

I was very impressed with this skilled nursing facility.It’s clean, well-maintained, and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The nursing staff is professional, caring, and attentive. The administrator is outstanding—highly organized, responsive, and genuinely involved in making sure residents receive the best possible care.

Resorts of Augsburg was a lifesaver when we needed rehab care fast. Every department worked together to give my loved one outstanding treatment. Truly grateful for their care and dedication.

I would give this facility a zero stars if I could. My mother was a resident in this facility for 1 month in that 1 month was like hell for her. I had to speak with the directors and supervisor's on several occasions about my mother's care with them assuring things would be better. My mother had bed wounds on her and when entering Augsburg they were getting better until here. I had to continously tell the staff about keeping her clean about giving her medicine on time. I had an even heated, IRATE conversation with a nurse there as well. Till it reached a point my mother was so sick as they did nothing, I removed my mother out of here myself and took her to the hospital to be told by the doctors of how ill she was and the wounds were infected she had MRSA and other illnesses and her organs were shutting down. If I hadn't removed my mother she would of died here. They lack care, compassion of residents whom really cannot get around and need assistance. I would not take your love one here at all. I could write more specifics on these facility but it would take alot to do so. If you have loved ones run 🏃‍♂️ from this place.

My mother lives at Augsburg in long term care. I gave my mother a an 80th Birthday party today and Augsburg different teams were excellent. The activities department , hospitality department, custodial department, as well as the dietary support made such a difference in how things flowed. The teams were wonderful. Ms. Dania Valentine is always very thorough and accommodating. She gets that job done and it is a pleasure working with her. She demonstrates a caring and loving attitude with all of the patients at Augsburg .I feel blessed to know that she has a part in my mother’s care. The Augsburg teams made sure that I had everything that I had need of from start to finish was taken care of . Thank you all for your exceptional work. Sonya Cartwright
