BALMORAL ASSISTED LIVING

We visited multiple facilities in Highlands County. Balmoral, by far, is the best memory care facility for our aging parent. Not only very good, but comparable pricing, in our opinion, to lesser places in the county. And we’re so grateful for the loving and capable staff! I drive 19 miles each way and wouldn’t exchange for facility closer to home.

My experience with this assisted living facility has been nothing but wonderful. The staff is incredibly professional, caring, and always attentive to the needs of the residents. It’s clear they truly care about the people they serve. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment for their loved one.

Balmoral has been such a blessing for our family. The staff dote on the residents like they are family! The food is delicious according to my grandma and she loves the activities they have to offer!

My mother has been at Balmoral for 5 months now. I am forever grateful to Michelle Daniels and her staff for guiding me through this process. When I needed guidance most, Michelle and her staff walked me through the process with kindness and patience. They have continued that quality, greeting visitors and residents with smiles, and by their first name. The support staff has also been amazing. My mother is greeted by everyone entering her room, they share stories with her, are friendly and engaging. The kitchen staff prepares amazing food for my mom, and knows her likes and dislikes. I am reminded on a daily basis that my mother is in good hands. The staff here love each of the residents as their own family. Michelle told me my mother would thrive here, and she sure has!

I don't think a Google Review could ever express my gratitude to Michelle Daniel's and her entire staff who care from my mother. She has been at Balmoral for almost two months. Michelle, the Director has made her position a ministry of love, care and commitment to memory care need individuals that impact greatly their loved ones who want absolutely the best for them. Michelle and her entire staff are the best in Highlands County and we are truly blessed to have them in this area of critical need.
