BANNER RIDGE COUNTRY HOME

This place changed its name to Banner Ridge Home Care. If I could, I didn't even want to give a star to this place. This place sucks. The worker argued with you all the times when you asked for a simple thing. They agreed to do thing, but only verbally. The workers do not take care of the patient 24/7 as they agreed. Every time we visit the patient there, workers are either chatting with each other, watching soap operas, or playing games on their phones. Very inconsiderate, uncooperative and unprofessional elderly care boarder home.
