Today visiting mom was a good visit as usual. However, I was quite disappointed in A couple of house keeping Issues.I couldn’t find toilet paper for my mother‘s bathroom and had to clean her room as I usually do on Sunday The staff is very common but overwhelmed!

I had the opportunity to spend some time at the Barclay House of Tarboro, and I was truly impressed with the community. The layout is thoughtfully designed, with inviting spaces that encourage socializing both indoors and outdoors. The updated, classy décor throughout the community creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities are outstanding—a beautiful library area offers the perfect place to relax with a good book, and the resident rooms are both comfortable and well-appointed. The dining experience was exceptional, featuring an amazing menu prepared by a talented chef. What stood out most to me, though, was the staff. They were not only professional and respectful but also genuinely warm and caring, which made the community feel like home. I would highly recommend the Barclay House of Tarboro to anyone seeking a vibrant, comfortable, and supportive place to live.

I have been a resident at the Barclay House of Tarboro for six years and every day my life has been wonderful. The best decision I have made concerning my retirement life. We have an excellent Executive Director with an outstanding staff. Residents and staff are one big family enjoying life together.
