Barrington Of Carmel, The

Wonderful staff and very clean facility!

The Barrington was a beautiful place to have an event. I would have loved to see more. The food wasn't that great and there wasn't enough food, but I think it was catered from somewhere else.

After living here for five years my wife and I continue to be impressed with the facilities, programs and staff. The continual variety of excellent service and interaction among residents is stimulating and rewarding.

Rude receptionist. Inconsistent in enforcing sign in and out policies. Stay away. Made me feel like a criminal when I went to pick dad up for breakfast. Security Sunday morning is a joke. She is rude and should not work there as well as the receptionist

I went to the Barrington to meet with a Mary Ellen, whom I found of astonishingly distasteful character. Not only was she 45 minutes late for our meeting, but during which she openly mocked a resident with severe dementia. I was astonished by this and when I confronted her about this she met me with a childish eye roll, laughed and belittled me. I would never allow my loved ones to stay here, especially if they have special needs, and cannot believe anyone would employ such a despicable woman.
