Very lovely place. Leo the Family Advocate was just wonderful. I met the nurse William as well. You can tell he truly cares and has a heart for the residents at Bickford. I am confident knowing putting my loved one here is the right choice.

New leadership team is excellent. Staff provides the best care for the residents. Option for on site provider and physical therapy is very convenient. Activities provided for residents are truly thoughtful and well executed. The facility is clean and well maintained. Total gem in our community.

Choosing a senior living community for an our loved one is one of the hardest decisions we as a family has made, but Bickford of Battle Creek has made the entire process a blessing. The facility itself is beautiful, clean, and always smells wonderful (which really speaks to their attention to detail), but the real heart of Bickford is the staff. I cannot say enough about William, the Director of Nursing. He is truly phenomenal. His clinical expertise is matched only by his deep compassion for the residents. He doesn't just manage the medical side of things; he truly takes the time to get to know each person and ensures their care is personalized and dignified. Knowing William is at the helm of the nursing department gives our family such incredible peace of mind.
