Bavarian Comfort Care

From the moment I walked into Bavarian Comfort Care, my heart was touched in a way I never expected. There is something truly special about this place, you feel it immediately. The warmth, compassion, and genuine care that fill the building are impossible to miss. It doesn’t feel like just a facility; it feels like home. The staff go above and beyond to make every resident feel valued, respected, and loved. You can see the passion in what they do, and the relationships they build are real and meaningful. Every smile, every conversation, and every small act of kindness makes a difference here. Bavarian Comfort Care holds a very special place in my heart. It’s a place where care is given with love, dignity, and compassion, and I am truly grateful for the impact it has had on me. Walking through those doors was an experience I will never forget.

Based on my experience with their staff and residents, it is easy to see that everyone cares about each other. Staff is engaged with all of them, taking the time to get to know them as individuals and making sure they are well taken care of. The entire staff has great energy which benefits their residents because they offer choices, positivity and respect. This fosters a positive environment for themselves and everyone they serve. They have a “I get to” not a “I have to” mentality. (There’s a big difference) The positive energy and commitment to care is really made clear when you see how all the different residents from all walks of life blend together and having fun together. It’s really cool to see. There are so many unique people calling Bavarian Comfort Care home. It is not a facility, it is a home and a family! Thankful for them! 🙏

I took my kids to the Trunk or Treat event at Bavarian Comfort Care this afternoon, and we had such a great time! The facility was clean and welcoming, and it was so heartwarming to see so many of the residents sitting outside their rooms handing out candy to the kids. You could tell it meant a lot to them, and it was really special for my kids to interact with them too. Such a thoughtful event—thank you for putting it on!

I can't say enough about how grateful we are that my dad doesn't his last weeks at this "home". They were wonderful, every one of them! My dad was suffering from lewey body dementia, he needed 24 hour attending. They were amazing! They knew just how to deal with him and others with confusion, etc. They are calm sweet and never give up on the residents. When my dad was close to passing, they took care of my sister and I. We c stayed the night, and one of us were with him 24/7. They were always checking to see if we needed anything. I would choose this place over and over. Aside from the care, the facility is nice, currently redecorating. The residents rooms (we referred to them as apartments to my dad) are big, roomy enough for bed, dressers and a mini living room. Nice big bathrooms and walk in closet. Nice secure outside sitting area. The dining area and living rooms are also nice and roomy, definitely had a home feel not a hospital feel. Hands down the best place to care for your loved one! 💜

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The new administration at Bavarian Comfort Care has been absolutely wonderful. The staff on the floor who care for the residents each day are amazing—so compassionate, attentive, and dedicated to making sure everyone feels comfortable and well cared for. The memory care team works tirelessly with so much patience and kindness. The activities director also does an outstanding job planning fun and meaningful activities that keep the residents engaged and smiling. The administration has truly made the building beautiful with all the recent updates—the new carpet and fresh paint over the last couple of months have created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I’m truly impressed with all of the improvements and the dedication of the team here.
