Bay Cove Assisted Living

I've reached out often trying to discuss my brother's care. Never a response. The workers there are so great. However, they seem to change often. The best thing about the place is it's on the water. My brother had a home on the water and being back is wonderful for his wellbeing. Like I said, the workers are so good to him, as well as the people that live there. The administrative people need to respond to any loved one's concerns.

I have experienced such a positve "vibe" with my visits to BayCove AL/MC. The new team has shown such compassion with ensuring that their residents are properly cared for! The new and improved processes that they are implementing show a team effort and interest in their home, their residents and their company! There is always something entertaining going on. The meals have been delicious as well asappealing! If you want to place your loved one in a home-type atmosphere where your family will be treated "like family" then I definately would reccomend BayCove AL/MC. They are definately the Bees Knees in my book!!

My Dad has been here since July and it has been a great experience. Staff and residents have all been so welcoming. Staff was amazing during his sickness and in the loss of his long time dog, Pepper. Staff makes you feel at home, whether a resident or family member visiting. Highly recommend for anyone looking for themselves or a family member.

This is where my sister has lived for the last several years. She loves it there,has made many new friends over the years. On our recent visit the activity director had a Jamaican cruise party for the residents. Not to miss out on the fun we played our part. My wife sister and myself decked out

As a private caregiver, I visit many assisted living communities. I am rarely impressed with what I see. Summerhouse at Bay Cove feels much more like apartment living than assisted living. They appear to have a lot going on all the time. And, I have heard the food is good (so, so important).
