I have had the opportunity to visit bay ridge and it is the perfect small assisted living! They have a great care team and the life enrichment that the residents get is so important and well done. I love that it is a family owned company as well!

Our experience with Mom at Bay Ridge has been terrific! We know she is loved and well cared for! She is mostly happy with being there, and I think she would agree with me! Communication can always be challenging and occasionally there have been some hiccups along the way! But overall, Mom has been “home” at Bay Ridge! We love that!! Thank you!!

I moved my mom into Bay Ridge Assisted Living where she lived for two years. The facility has a warm ambience that makes its residents feel at home. It is well maintained (it is super clean!) and well managed. I say this with confidence because I visited almost every day and can assert that there is a consistent level of compassionate support that they offer to their residents. Many of the staff members have worked there for years -- that says a lot considering the typical high staff turnover of the senior care industry. I witnessed first-hand the caring support that they provided, especially during my Mom’s last months where she required more personal care. They also offer basic medical services through a Nurse Practitioner who visits weekly along with podiatry services, flu and CoVid shots, etc. In summary, I am happy I found Bay Ridge Assisted Living for my mom and highly recommend it for your family members.

My mom was at Bay Ridge Assisted Living for 6 months or so. The staff is outstanding. Compassionate, kind, knowledgeable, and gifted in the art of meeting their residents where they're at. They treated my mom with respect and dignity, even when it wasn't easy. Their assistance went beyond caring for my mom, they cared for our entire family. We are forever grateful and fortunate to be a part of the Bay Ridge family.
