I’ve been seen at UGL Family Health since I was 13. The staff has changed over the years frequently, but I have never felt unheard, or had a bad experience. Thank you everyone at Upper Great Lakes Family Health for being compassionate and supportive.

I am a patient at the KI Sawyer facility and the chances of you being able to be seen by your provider or anyone there are non-existent. I have called several times this year to only be told they are booked months out. I have had to use Urgent Care in MQT which is not an issue except for the fact they know me better than my primary care does. It's frustrating to no end

Dr. Abbott is wonderful. She is a good listener and an excellent responder. I won't go in to my medical issues but I have full confidence in her. Desk staff is lovely and the nurses I have encountered have been pleasant and helpful.

So I waited 6 months for the first time for my dentist appointment and then it got rescheduled cuz their dentist guy was sick. So then I waited an additional 4 months and here they are at 7:38. This morning calling me again telling me I have to wait another month. I am over this when I was telling her I have three broken teeth. I really need to come into the dentist. Well I'm sorry sir. There's nothing we can do for you. February 27th is the closest appointment we can get. You can move somebody else since you've moved me so many times. She goes no we can't do that. I said well I can't wait till February 27th and I'm going to go ahead and Post a review and then she hung up on me. What a way to be a true professional

Leah Abbott isn't to friendly. No bedside manner, or professionalism. Made me feel like I was less than her standards of a human being.
