My mother has been a resident in the Memory Care Unit of Beach House for the past six months, and I have been thrilled with the professional and loving care she has received. The administration and caregiving staff is amazing, and I always feel welcome and appreciated each time I visit my mother. As my mother's sole caregiver, I've always felt they've had my back and understand both my mother's and my needs, fears, and expectations. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! The Executive Director and leadership team at this assisted living community are truly exceptional. Their dedication, compassion, and hands on approach set the tone for the entire building. The staff here go above and beyond every single day, treating each resident like family. You can feel the warmth the moment you walk in. The residents are joyful, cared for, and genuinely happy it’s clear this is a place filled with love, respect, and purpose. Absolutely the BEST team and community you could hope for! This community holds a special place in my heart. From the moment you walk through the doors, you can feel the love and compassion that lives here. The Executive Director and leadership team are truly amazing they lead with heart, and it shows in everything they do. The staff are kind, patient, and genuinely care about the residents, treating them like their own family. It’s rare to find a place where both the team and the residents radiate such warmth and joy. I’m so grateful for the peace of mind this place brings. It’s not just assisted living it’s a home filled with love.

Last week we sat down with Jennifer R and Victory S. and had our mom accessed for residency at Beach House. We had evaluated more than 12 other facilities and had narrowed our choice down to 3. We had also engaged Jennifer Hill with Senior Solutions to help advise us and assist in our search for the right place for mom. We were impressed with the facility (extremely clean, well maintained, beautifully decorated, extremely well laid out with lots of sitting areas and covered screened in porches and garden area). But what really got our attention was there focus on us and Mom's care. They did not try to fit us into their world, but listened to our unique and specific needs, to adopt their facility to our interests. What makes BH unique is the quality of their staff. After only a few days, we have been impressed with Tamar and Betty, Jennifer, Brenda and Karen, and more than a dozen other caregivers. Beach House is a community/neighborhood of special people being cared for by high energy, happy and enthusiastic caregivers.

My MIL has lived at Beach House for 4 months. She is well cared for, enjoys the ample meals and has a nice apartment. Jennifer, the marketing director is very helpful and almost immediately responds to our texts and phone calls. Collette, the nursing director goes above and beyond to meet the needs of residents and is easily accessible if my MIL has concerns. The front desk staff, Betty, Tamara and Brenda are so friendly band welcoming. Their patience and caring attitudes toward residents is to be commended. There are lots of fun activities and exercise for residents. The CNA’s and med techs are kind and responsive to my MIL’s needs. We visit almost daily and are always welcomed. After a 4.5 month stay in another nearby facility my Parents-in-law returned to what is indeed the best such facility on or near Jacksonville Beach, Florida. Sometimes individuals and families need to experience different places before developing an appropriate appreciation for what isn't perfect but the best available by far. Our octogenarian family members are reasonably pleased and consider The Beach House their home. I don't know of a better such facility. It is all about the right people being in the right duty positions. The director, Victory, is a wonderful leader and she has surrounded herself with a fabulous staff. I give thanks upon every remembrance of each member of The Beach House staff.
